If you are using an employer-issued device, please contact your company's IT or tech staff. Your company may have applied security or network restrictions prohibiting you from downloading applications to your phone.

How do I view and redeem promotional offers?

Start the application and browse all offers and coupons. Show the mobile coupons on your T-Mobile device at participating retail outlets and the discount will be applied toward your purchase.

I stopped receiving Green Perks on my phone
A. 
Did you accidentally delete the application on your phone? If so, you will need to re-register and download the application again to begin receiving perks.
Did you purchase a new handset? If so, you will need to re-register and download the application again to begin receiving perks. Are you no longer a current T-Mobile customer? Green Perks is only available to current T-Mobile customers.
Do you no longer have a T-Mobile data plan? You must have a T-Mobile data plan to use Green Perks.

I can't download Green Perks to my phone
A. 
Ensure that your handset is on the list of supported phones and select the correct handset type when signing up. If your T-Mobile handset is not listed, check back from time to time as we're expanding the list of phones the application is available for over time.

How do I delete the Green Perks application?
A. 
Go to "downloads" on your handset and click on the Green Perks icon. Select "delete from handset" and confirm.
Q. 
Green Perks does not populate with promotional offers
A. 
Likely the application was not fully downloaded to your phone – please delete the application and try downloading again. If the problem persists, ensure you have selected the correct handset when registering on our website, have an active T-Mobile data plan and good reception when you use the app.

How do I download new Perks?
A. 
Every time you start using the application all perks are updated on your phone. While using the application, click on the refresh button and new perks will appear within the application.

Saving Perks

You can save your favorite perks when you view the offers. They can be found in the 'Saved Perks' folder.
Q. 
How do I install the application on my G1?
A. 
Before you download Green Perks on your G1 handset you will need to change your factory settings to allow non-market applications (instructions below):
  • Touch Applications
  • Touch the first setting: Unknown Sources
  • Click OK. (This says that you understand that you're adding an "unapproved" application and are responsible for how it may impact your device.)
  • Log onto www.t-mobile.com/mobilize
  • Opt In to Receive Perks & receive a download link to your phone
  • Touch the link
  • Once download is complete, select download & touch install
  • Finally, don't forget to return the "Unknown Sources" to its original setting for increased security
